searched LIving life as a single on google- Thank you very much for the information. Deep down they are things we know, but just need to be reminded of. The articles helped me so much moving forward. My break-up was recent (a day ago) but I could already feel myself going to that dark place. This life has too much joy to stay in that dark place. My heart is broken, but in time it will heal. Life is still good!

surfing the internet- bing- I am so happy to know that there are people out there that get me. I mean it feels like most people are married with kids these days. I try not to let it get to me, but its hard. I would love to find someone to help me out with things in life like making decisions on stuff I dont really understand. its cool what u have there! tq.......somehow can u give me some advice. I've been so over with my breakups....the thing is i hardly done the get socializing part. I do try to find new partner but all completely disaster!!! I do not remember, but it was really hard to find through google- Thank you for everything! I used to have the same depression symptoms of anger and that life was not worth living anymore SINCE the majority of my friends have a boyfriend and are married. My beautiful mother and two other best friends who are single understand me. It's been more than a month that my ex broke up with me - his excuse was that I get too strange with my female hormones ONCE a month. Yes, on that day I like strawberry instead of my favorite fruit mango -, but I feel comfortable with my singleness and I'm enjoying every minute of it by socializing, doing the things that I like and other more productive things.

Excellent resource. I've been through the destructive effects of my own negative views of being single. It caused me stress to the point where I suffered from psychotic episodes and major depression. I decided to seek professional help after that, and have been doing well ever since. I find positive thinking and not putting finding a relationship high on the priority list helps to give me a better quality of life. I have great friends, and a very supportive family who understands, and that being said, I couldn't ask for anything more!

Thank you so much for this site! I've been struggling with negative feelings about being single, but your "advantages to being single" section really gives a realistic perspective to remind us that the coupled life isn't all 'roses' either!
I also really like the clear, neat, intelligent layout of the pages. Thank you, you are helping a lot of people! We need more resources like this for the singles demographic!
